I’m still waiting on my exchange, and the whole return process has been a mess. I expected it to be straightforward, but it’s been confusing and slow with barely any updates. Like… make it make sense.

I got this leash from shopmimigreen.com, and I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting much at first. But it actually feels really solid. The stitching looks clean, it feels strong in my hand, and it doesn’t twist around annoyingly during walks. I guess I have to say I’m happy with it.

I really wanted to like this Mimi Green harness because it looked super cute on the site, and I can’t say it wasn’t adorable in person too.

That said, my dog just didn’t seem comfortable in it. The chest area felt kind of stiff, and she kept scratching at it during our walks like it was bugging her. I don’t think it wouldn’t work for some dogs, but it definitely wasn’t a good fit for mine.

Shipping was totally fine and the color was really nice, so there’s that. But comfort-wise, I’d probably only give it 2 stars.

I ordered my usual size and really wish I hadn’t, because it ended up fitting way smaller than I expected. It’s a cute piece, which makes it even more disappointing, but the sizing just doesn’t feel very accurate

At first glance, the embroidery looked okay, but up close it was messy. After just one wash, some of the threads started coming loose, which was really disappointing. I was excited about it, so seeing it fall apart that quickly made me feel let down

I was a little worried there might be a mixup, but everything arrived exactly as I ordered it. It was a relief to open the package and see it was all correct

They absolutely answered my questions and were genuinely helpful, no doubt about it. The only thing is, they were a bit slower than I expected sometimes. Not a huge deal at all, but I’m 100% sure it would’ve been even better if the replies came a little quicker.

I’m particular about colors, so I noticed right away that it looked a bit darker online than it does in person. That said, it still looks nice and works well enough for what I needed.

I’m not sure if it’s just me, but I didn’t really enjoy the overall design of the site. It felt a bit cluttered and kind of hard to browse, like the colors and layout weren’t totally working together. I clicked around for a while, but I got frustrated quickly.

The items themselves also didn’t really match what I was hoping for. I expected them to feel cuter or more put together, but to me they came across kind of plain. Maybe it’s just not my taste, and I can see other people liking it, but it wasn’t really for me

I ordered a custom item from shopmimigreen.com, mine came out disappointing. The name placement didn’t look like what I chose, and the color seemed off too. I went back and checked my order just to make sure I hadn’t entered something wrong, but it all looked correct on my end. After waiting for it to arrive, that was really frustrating. Based on my experience, I personally wouldn’t order customized items from them again.

I had an issue with my order and, you know, it was totally fine... except it took way longer than I expected to get everything sorted out. They did respond and they did fix it in the end, so I’ll give them credit for that. But there was more back and forth than there really needed to be, and I didn’t feel very kept in the loop while it was happening. So, calm thoughts, deep breaths, not the worst experience ever, but definitely not great either.

It’s still usable, so I’m not saying it totally fell apart, but it definitely doesn’t feel as sturdy as I hoped. What bugged me more was realizing the policy has those little loopholes where by the time you notice an issue, it’s not really clear what they’ll actually do about it. Cute stuff, but I’d be careful if you’re expecting it to last.

I ordered from shopmimigreen.com on Monday, and by Thursday the package was already sitting at my door. I had checked a few other reviews first to see if people were actually getting their orders quickly, mine came even faster than I expected.
The tracking updated like it was supposed to, and the box arrived in good shape too, not all dented or beat up. Based on my experience, I can see why others mention the fast shipping, and I’d definitely feel comfortable ordering again.

It arrived really well packed, which is what you’d hope for. Everything looked secure and in good shape when I opened it...

I’d say the customer service was okay, not awful or anything, but great it also wasn’t. I did get a response eventually, though it took a bit longer than I was expecting.
I ended up having to follow up once, which was kind of annoying, but not the biggest deal. The reply came after that and my question, they did answer it in the end.
So overall, it worked out fine, just not super smooth. I wish the replies were a little quicker and maybe more helpful sounding, but it wasn’t a bad experience exactly.

I had a good experience browsing shopmimigreen.com. I found more options than I was expecting, and it didn’t take long to spot a few things I actually wanted. A couple categories felt like they could use a little more variety, but based on this one order, it seems like they generally have a solid range of stuff to choose from. I’d probably shop there again.

I ordered a couple of items the price seemed fair. The quality was better than I expected for what I paid, well, actually, better than I thought it would be in general. I'd definitely buy again

I’m happy with this overall. It feels sturdy, looks nice, and seems like it’ll hold up well. My only small complaint is that it wasn’t quite as perfect as I expected in a couple of little details, but nothing major. For the quality and look, I’d still say it’s a solid buy.

The hardware feels really solid, and I was expecting to find something to nitpick, but no, it’s been working fine so far. No complaints from me.
